Leigh is originaly from the Midlands he moved to North Yorkshire 15 years ago and has lived in Thorpe Willoughby for the last 11 years.Part of his role on the Parish Coucil is provide liason with the Thorpe Willoughby Sports Association. Main reason for joining the Parish Council is to ensure that Thorpe Willoughby maintains and improves the quality of life for all it's residents that it has traditionaly enjoyed.
